These two are not even close to being the same person in any capacity. Let me list the contradictions as to how D.I.N.O (Dante in name only) and Dante are so far apart from being the same that it is not even funny.
DINO is the following:
half angel half demon hybrid
has none of the charm,wit and humor that made Dante so endaring and fun to play as. He takes too thing way too seriously and his insults are even worse than your typical elementary grade bully.
Does not own his own business and instead lives in a trailer park.
He cannot fight on the same level as Dante.
So no the clothes and hairstyle is not the only thing that separates the two.
